The Freedom to Unwind is Here!

The park incorporates three fields covering an area of some 6.5 acres with panoramic views in all directions. One field accommodates our static caravans and has electric hook-up points for tourers on grass or hardstanding pitches, whilst two further fields are also available for tourers and tents.

At all but the busiest times visitors may choose their preferred location within the park and the expanse of space available ensures that we have no need of measured pitches within white lines!

The park has little formal planting out. Hedgerows are left to naturally to encourage the local wildlife and birds; an abundance of species have made their home on the site and in the local area.

We welcome families and small groups, however we do ask that our guests keep noise to a minimum after 10pm to preserve the peace of the site for all.

The site has the benefit of being situated next to a Red Kite Feeding Station and is therefore ideal for those keen on bird watching as the kites circle overhead throughout the day. There is a rich variety of wildlife and birdlife to be found on and around the park. The rural location guarantees no light pollution and for the star gazer we have fabulously clear starry nights – a spectacular sight particularly on a crisp winters night (check the weather forecast).

Take a day off from mountain walking – a drive of approximately one hour will take you to a variety of exciting places including the city of Cardiff with its numerous attractions including The Museum of Welsh Life, the Millenium Stadium and Cardiff Bay. Heading south The Gower Peninsula is in easy reach, as is Pembrey Country Park and the Millenium Coastal Path at Llanelli. To the west the world-renowned coastline of Cardigan Bay with its many opportunities for dolphin and seal watching is a trip not to be missed. Boat trips to explore the coastline depart from Aberaeron and Newquay.

Local attractions include spectacular waterfalls, caves, The Dolaucothi Roman Gold Mine, fishing, pony trekking and for the keen gardener we are situated only a short drive from The National Botanical Gardens of Wales and Aberglasney Gardens.
